John Hancock came to us to make their newly acquired robo-advisor chatbot look ‘better’. Instead we created a sub-brand from scratch —Twine, the first savings app built for two.
Research
We started by identifying an audience willing to invest with a robo-advisor chatbot and then a unique position within a crowded market.
The Sub-Brand
Together with John Hancock we built a simple, conversational interface and approachable sub-brand to make saving for short-term goals, major milestones and navigating the market a lot less intimidating.
